The Delphi Technique is a group decision-making process that focuses on individuals that are in different locations. This specifically works well with the different applications that are now being incorporated within the different companies. Google docs are one that is widely used within our corporation. The docs that are used allow for the members of our team to work within the same document at the same time making real-time changes.   Brainstorming and Nominal group technique or (NGT) are a couple of the other techniques that are being used within groups to come to a successful conclusion. What comes next?

Now that we have entered the end of year two of Covid, what's coming down the road ahead. I have come to find that many have fallen victim to laziness due to the lack of things there were to do for the last couple of years. It is hard to find a league or team of any sort that has a complete team or that has not contracted the virus during the time at play. Are we coming to the point where we all become irrelevant to one another and AI comes along filling that gap, video games taking over outdoor time, and the scare of getting sick keeping us from being human? It is much harder to have human contact or talk to someone you do not have in your circle of friends due to ongoing news and media pressing that there needs to remain the social distance, regardless if there is a shot and boasters involved. Does anyone remember what it was like when we were growing up or has it come to the point where we have forgotten about it?
